This hunting lease is leased and not available. WATERFOWL LEASE! Located along Great Marsh Creek. This property consists of a small island and swamp along the sound side in Carteret County NC. This property is only accessible by boat. I have located 2 NC WRC landings, Oyster Creek and Straights Landing as being the closest. One other landing at Marshallberg boat ramp (not listed on NC WRC site.) This property should be in a good fly zone. The landowner is fine with erecting duck blinds for hunting the property. I did not inspect this property. I would suggest doing so before leasing. NOTE: THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED. Make sure you inspect the property before placing a non-refundable deposit.
